भारतीय टेलीकॉम एम्पलाइज यूनियन BTEU की कार्य समिति की बैठक दिनांक 3-4 सितंबर को ठेंगड़ी भवन भोपाल में श्री वी वी एस सत्यनारायणा जी की अध्यक्षता सम्पन्न हुई। जिसमें मुख्य अतिथि आदरणीय रवींद्र हिम्मते अखिल भारतीय महामंत्री बीएमएस राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष आदरणीय के पी सिंह साहब, टेलीकॉम प्रभारी श्री रामनाथ गणेश, प्रदेश महामंत्री श्री कुलदीप गुर्जर बीएमएस मप्र, BTEU के महामंत्री श्री आर सी पांडे जी ओर कई प्रदेशों के प्रदेश महामंत्री, केंद्रीय पदाधिकारियों ने बैठक में सहभागिरिता की। बैठक में संगठन और बीएसएनल एवं कर्मचारियों के विषयों पर चर्चा की गई।

GS BTEU BSNL and President NTR Delhi meet Director HR on 20.8.25 and discussed the following issues
1. 2nd VRS in BSNL. GS asked about another VRS as is being floated by several unions. The Director HR categorically stated that there is no such proposal and BSNL board also has not discussed about this. Only rumours are being spread.
2. Next membership verification. The GS asked the Director HR to ensure timely conduct of membership verification. Immediately he asked the PGM SR to initiate the process.
BTEU BSNL के महा मंत्री एवं दिल्ली प्रदेश CNTX के अध्यक्ष श्री लीला निधि शुक्ल जी ने डायरेक्टर HR से नई दिल्ली में उनके ऑफिस में दिनांक 20-8-2025 को मीटिंग किया।
महा मंत्री ने डायरेक्टर HR से कहा कि फील्ड यूनिटों में बहुत बड़ी चर्चा है कि BSNL में सेकंड VRS आ रहा है और उसकी मंजूरी भी BSNL बोर्ड ने दे दी है। मामला डॉट में अप्रूवल के लिए है।
डायरेक्टर HR ने बताया कि वर्तमान में ऐसा कोई प्रस्ताव DOT को नहीं भेजा गया है जो लोग इस तरह की चर्चा कर रहे हैं वह BSNL की छवि खराब कर रहें हैं,कोई VRS BSNL में नहीं होगा।
10 वी सदस्यता सत्यापन को लेकर महा मंत्री ने डायरेक्टर HR से पूछा कि अभी 16 अक्टूबर 2025 को यूनियन की मान्यता खत्म हो जाएगी और अभी तक चुनाव हेतु अधिसूचना जारी नहीं हुई, यदि समय से चुनाव नहीं होगा तो BSNL में कार्यरत NON EXECUTIVE कर्मचारियों के मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन होगा, चुनाव की अधिसूचना जारी होनी चाहिए।
डायरेक्टर HR ने PGM SR को फोन कर तुरन्त निर्देश दिया कि प्रक्रिया तुरन्त शुरू की जाए और यूनियन नेताओं को बुलाकर उनके साथ बैठक कर सभी को वस्तु स्थिति अवगत कराएं।
BTEUBSNL & AIGETOA leaders led by respective General Secretaries S/Sri R. C. Pandey and Ravi Shil Verma met Sri Pemmasani Chandrasekhar ji Minister of State for Communications in his office on 20.08.2025 and discussed on the agenda. This meeting is held as per the directions of the Hon’ble MOC. Minister has given a positive response and said would call the unions in the first week of September for further discussion.

The All India Central working committee meeting of Bharatiya Telecom Employees union BSNL will be held at Thengadi Bhavan Bhopal on 3rd and 4th September 2025. Shri Ravindra Himte ji General Secretary of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh and Shri Ramnath Ganeshe ji All India Secretary and Prabhari will attend the meeting.
