महामंत्री का दिल्ली प्रवास
भाइयों बहनों जैसा आप सभी अवगत हैं की हर वर्ष की भांति इस वर्ष भी अपने संगठन के महामंत्री कारपोरेट ऑफिस, एनटीआर के पदाधिकारियों एवं सक्रिय कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ बीएसएनएल बोर्ड के अधिकारियों, कारपोरेट ऑफिस में सभी प्रधान महाप्रबंधक एवं महाप्रबंधक को मिलकर बुके आदि भेंट कर नव वर्ष की हार्दिक बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं प्रेषित किया।
अपने साथ फेडरेशन के संगठन मंत्री श्री राय शरण जी एनटीआर के प्रांतीय सचिव श्री वीरेंद्र यादव जी, केंद्रीय उपाध्यक्ष श्री रविंदर शर्मा जी, श्री राजीव कुमार सिंह जी,सहायक महामंत्री श्री मनोज कुमार जी, कारपोरेट ऑफिस के सर्कल सेक्रेटरी श्री जग प्रकाश चमोली जी एनटीआर के वित्त सचिव श्री सोहन सिंह रावत जी टेलीकॉम ऑफिसर एसोसिएशन के श्री संजय त्यागी जी आदि लोगों के साथ पूरे कारपोरेट ऑफिस एवं एनटीआर किदवई भवन में अधिकारियों से मुलाकात किया।
सीएमडी साहब ने अवगत कराया कि जल्द ही एमटीएनएल का विलय बीएसएनएल में हो जाएगा।बीबीएनएल का विलय पहले ही हो चुका है,अब हमारी ताकत 3 गुना बढ़ गई है यानी हम 111 के रूप में हैं आने वाले सभी कार्मिकों का हम सभी को स्वागत करना है और कंपनी को लाभ में करने में अपना अपना योगदान पूर्ण मनोयोग से करना है।
मित्रों CMD साहब ने यह भी अवगत कराया कि सरकार के सहयोग से BSNL में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर पूर्ण रूप से तैयार हो गया है अब हमें मेहनत के रूप में अपनी परिश्रम से बीएसएनएल को आगे बढ़ाना है।2023 का BSNL एक अच्छा बीएसएनल होगा।
हम नई ऊंचाई पर जाएंगे ऐसा CMD साहब का विश्वास है हमने फाइबर सेक्टर में,मोबाइल सेक्टर में अधिक ग्रोथ प्राप्त की है, राजस्व आने लगा है आने वाला समय बेहतर होगा।
डायरेक्टर एचआर साहब ने अवगत कराया कि इस वर्ष की सभी विभागीय परीक्षाएं जिनका कैलेंडर जनवरी 2023 में घोषित हो जाएगा सब परीक्षाएं समय पर होंगी। अभी हाल में संपन्न JEका रिजल्ट इसी महीने आ जाएगा।
कारपोरेट ऑफिस सभी कर्मचारियों के लिए उनका भविष्य,प्रमोशन सुगमता से हो इसके लिए भी कार्य कर रहा है। महामंत्री एवं केंद्रीय पदाधिकारियों ने डायरेक्टर एचआर साहब से अनुरोध किया की आउटडोर मेडिकल बिल का भुगतान जो 2020 के महंगाई भत्ते पर हो रहा है उसे खत्म कर वर्तमान महंगाई भत्ते पर कर्मचारियों को देने की व्यवस्था कराई जाए, सभी कर्मचारियों को सीनियारिटी कम फिटनेस के आधार पर प्रमोशन की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित कराई जाए।

JE LICE EXAM HELD ON 18 NOVEMBER 2022
The LICE for JE Examination was held on 18.11.2022 and a lot of questions are out of syllabus. The CHQ has taken up with the Director HR BSNL CO for a review of these questions and declare the result only after this review and that justice should be done to the officials who appeared in the examination. for details see link Issues taken up.
DECISIONS TAKEN IN THE CWC
The Working committee meeting of the BTEU BSNLCHQ held at Vishakhapatnam AP has decided on the following issues. Detailed circular and minutes will follow. a) To hold all circle conferences before 31.03.2023. b) CHQ office bearers from other circles will be deputed for the conferences, c) To conduct an agitation on all pending issues at Circle and CHQ level. A committee is constituted to identify the issues and submit to the CHQ by 25.12.2022. d) A secretariat is constituted to take immediate and urgent decisions of organisational importance and these decisions are to be ratified in the next CWC when ever held. e) An amount of Rs 500 is to be contributed by all the Circle Secretaries and CHQ office bearers every month from January 2023 onwards to strengthen the finances of the union.
NATIONAL EXECUTIVE OF BTEU BSNL
The 2 day National Executive of the Bharatiya Telecom Employees Union BSNL is being held at Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh from today. The National Executive will deliberate on the recently held membership verification, implementation of 3rd PRC, Launch of agitational programme for settlement of long pending issues of Non executives etc.
CHQ brings out loop holes in the pay scales proposed
The pay scales which are proposed by the management are very disappointing. CHQ has analysed some of them and sent a letter to the BSNL management for a relook at them. If these pay scales are implemented then there will once again be large scale stagnations in all the cadres by the time these pay scales are implemented. For details see link Issues taken up.
MINUTES OF WAGE NEGOTIATION COMMITTEE
The meeting of the wage negotiation committee was held on 28.11.22. As per these minutes it appears that the issue has returned to back square one. The recognised unions have trumpeted that an agreement for 5% fitment has been reached however, as per the minutes nothing of this sort is mentioned in them.
