The FNTO BEA Union has extended its unconditional support to the BTEU BSNL in the 9th Membership verification. The General Secretary of FNTO BEA addressed a letter to all their members requesting them to vote for BTEU BSNL. We heartily welcome this development. Both the recognised unions were like best friends until a month ago. Now both of them are hell bent on one upmanship. They are criticising each other as if they are born enemies.
Each one is blaming the other for the mess they have created in BSNL. This is nothing but Pot calling the Kettle Black.
They were hand in Glove in denying monetary and career benefits to the Non executives all these years. Being in recognition they could not hold even one National council meeting since 2019. This shows their sincerity in resolving employees problems.
After the elections, they will again become one and make the employees fools. They are like two sides of the same coin
Time has come to teach a lesson to both these recognised unions.
Let us get rid of them from BSNL. Let us say no to retired persons as office bearers.
Shri RC Pandey, GS BTEU BSNL visited Barabanki OA in UP East circle today and urged the employees to vote for BTEU BSNL.
Over the years both the recognised unions have treated the Direct Recruit Junior Engineers as 2nd grade employees in BSNL. They have used them for their own selfish needs. No Direct Recruit JE has been nominated to the Councils by either BSNLEU or NFTE over the years. Their votes were used to win the election but their needs were always overlooked. BTEU BSNL assures them of nomination into the Councils at all levels if the Direct Recruit JE support the BTEU BSNL in large numbers. Think wisely and vote wisely in favour of BTEU BSNL.

You have suffered enough all these 22 years in the hands of the these communists, they ensured that your career suffered and you lost in terms of wages and perks. You lost Bonus, LTC, Better medical facilities. You lost on promotions, you faced stagnation for the past several years. This dusherra every section of the employee in the country got Bonus, but the hapless BSNL workers are denied Bonus. In fact you lost Bonsu for the past more than 10 years. due to the short sightednes of the BSNLEU and NFTE you lost bonus. At every given opportunity they brought you on to the streets but your issues were never settled. Just to satisfy the whims of the central trade unions like CITU/AITUC/INTUC the employees were made to loose wages for unnecessary strikes etc. Think wisely and vote for BTEU BSNL this rime. We promise to settle the issues within a given time frame of 100 days if we are made the number one union. Think and vote wisely.
Sri R.C.Pandey, GS BTEU BSNL went round Rai Bareli SSA in UP East Circle on Saturday and urged the employees to support BTEU BSNL without any second thoughts. He was accompanied by the ITI mazdoor sangh workers and the employees promised to support BTEU BSNL this time.
Sri VVS Satyanarayana CHQ PRESIDENT & AGS K.Punna Rao ji had hectic day on Saturday. They met workers in Eluru, Bhimavaram, Tanuku and Tadepalligudem in WG District and urged the workers to vote for BTEU BSNL in large numbers. They had a successful tour of the AP Circle.
