WE ARE SURE THAT THE GOVERNMENT WILL FULFILL ITS PROMISES AND BUILDS A RESURGENT INDIA IN ITS TENURE.

AS USUAL WE WILL CONTINUE TO EXTEND RESPONSIVE COOPERATION
AND HOPE THAT BSNL WILL PROSPER AND THE ASPIRATIONS OF EMPLOYEES WILL BE MET.

वेज रिवीजन पर BSNLEU तथा NFTE का फिर वही अड़ियल और नकारात्मक रवैया

05 मार्च 2024 को दोनों मान्यताप्राप्त यूनियनों (BSNLEU और NFTE) की BSNL मैनेजमेंट से, पिछले 7 सालों से लंबित वेज रिवीजन के मुद्दे पर फिर से बातचीत हुई I वार्ता एक बार फिर असफल रही और पिछले 7 वर्षों से किसी न्यायसंगत समझौते की आस लगाये बैठे वर्किंग व रिटायर्ड कर्मचारियों को गहरी निराशा और हताशा ही हाथ लगी I

स्वयं मान्यताप्राप्त bsnleu और nfte के कामरेड नेताओं का भी कहना है कि वार्ता असफल रही I

इस ऐतिहासिक विलंब से अत्याधिक अपूरणीय और असहनीय नुकसान उठा चुके कर्मचारी कह रहे हैं, कि अखिर इन असफल वार्ताओं का सिलसिला कब तक चलता रहेगा ? कर्मचारियों का अभी और भी कितना और अधिक नुकसान कराने के बाद BSNLEU और NFTE के इन कामरेड नेताओं को तसल्ली मिल सकेगी ? कर्मचारी वर्ग यह भी पूछ रहा है कि क्या इन दोनों यूनियनों के मान्यता में रहते, जनवरी 2017 से लटका हुआ वेतन संशोधन का मुद्दा सुलझ भी पाएगा या नहीं !

इन कामरेड नेताओं का कहना है कि 2018 में दोनों यूनियनों तथा BSNL मेनेजमेंट के बीच वेज रिवीजन के मुद्दे पर समझौता हो गया था I ऐसे में तमाम कर्मचारी यह भी पूछ रहे हैं कि वो समझौता कौन सा समझौता था ? जो हो गया था और सिरे ही नहीं चढ़ सका, और इस सबका जिम्मेदार कौन है ? जो तथाकथित एग्रीमेंट सिरे ही नहीं चढ़ाया जा सका तो उसे एग्रीमेंट क्यों कहा जा रहा है ? उसे सीधे-सीधे इन दोनों यूनियनों की हठधर्मिता और अदूरदर्शी जिद से उत्पन्न असफलता क्यों नहीं कहा जा रहा है ?

कर्मचारी यह भी पूछ रहे हैं कि क्या ये दोनों यूनियनों के कॉमरेड नेता कर्मचारियों को 15% फिटमेंट के आधार पर वेतन समझौते की अपनी पुरानी मांग पर आज भी कायम हैं ? और क्या ये आज इस मांग को मनवाने की स्थिति में हैं ? क्या परिस्थितियां आज फरवरी 2019 में की गई हड़तालों से भिन्न और अधिक अनुकूल हैं ?

कर्मचारी वर्ग आखिर अपने कामरेड नेताओं पर विश्वास करे भी तो कैसे ?

कर्मचारी वर्ग पूछ – पूछकर थक गए हैं कि जब 2019 में BSNL मेनेजमेंट और DOT 5% फिटमेंट के आधार पर वेतन समझौता करने को तैयार थे और 10% तक फिटमेंट की गुंजाइश पर बाद में विचार करने का भी आश्वासन दे रहे थे, तो क्या तब उस समय 5% फिटमेंट के सरकार के आग्रह को मान नहीं लिया जाना चाहिए था ?

कर्मचारी यह भी बोल रहे हैं कि यदि 2019 में 5% फिटमेंट के आधार पर भी वेतन समझौता हो गया होता तो 2017 से उनको उनका बकाया भी मिल गया होता, तथा 5% से अधिक के लिए बातचीत तथा सुलह की गुंजाइश भी बची रहती I ऐसे में कर्मचारी चीख-चीखकर पूछ रहे हैं कि
क्या ये हमारे कॉमरेड नेता, 15% फिटमेंट के आधार पर वेतन समझौता करा पाएंगे ? और कर्मचारियों को 2017 से हुए नुकसान की भरपाई करा सकेंगे ?

कर्मचारी भाई – बहिनों से अपील:- BTEU-BSNL अपने उन तमाम कर्मचारी भाई – बहिनों से कहना चाहती है कि बेशक आपने BSNLEU तथा NFTE के दुष्प्रचार से प्रभावित होकर 2022 के चुनावों में BTEU-BSNL को अपना समर्थन नहीं दिया था, फिर भी BTEU-BSNL, AIGETOA के साथ मिलकर तथा भारतीय मजदूर संघ का सहयोग लेकर अपने सभी कर्मचारी भाई – बहिनों के हित में तथा BSNL के हित में सदैव हरसंभव प्रयास करती रहेगी I

हाल ही में माननीय संचार मंत्री जी से हुई बातचीत के आधार पर अभी पिछले महीने 16 फरवरी 2024 को BSNL मेनेजमेंट तथा DOT के उच्च अधिकारियों की BTEU-BSNL तथा AIGETOA के साथ हुई त्रिपक्षीय वार्ता इसकी एक सुखद शुरुआत है I कॉमरेड साथियों की दोनों मान्यताप्राप्त यूनियनें वेज रिवीजन पर शीघ्र ही सम्मानजनक नतीजे पर पहुंचें, इसके लिए सभी अनुकूल स्थितियों का निर्माण करने का प्रयास हमने पहले भी किया था और आगे भी करते रहेंगे I

STRANGE ARE THE WAYS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TELECOM

IN A MAJOR INSULT TO THE BSNL THE GIANT PSU SERVING THE COUNTRY WITH UTMOST DEDICATION AND RESCUING THE COUNTRYMEN IN TIMES OF NATURAL CALAMITIES UNLIKE THE PRIVATE OPERATORS WHO RUN AWAY WHEN THE NEED ARISES, THE DEPARTMENT OF TELECOM HAS IGNORED THE BSNL IN THE ONGOING INDIA MOBILE CONGRESS , THE CMD BSNL WAS MADE TO SIT IN THE AUDIENCE IN AN OBSCURE PLACE , NO VVIP VISITED BSNL STALL  THE PRIME MINISTER DID NOT THINK IT NECESSARY TO VISIT THE BSNL STALL. WHAT DOES THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA WANTS TO CONVEY TO THE COUNTRYMEN. 

CERTAINLY THE GOVERNMENT AND DOT OWES AN EXPLANATION.

CHQ extends profound Greetings to all the employees and stake holders on the eve of 23rd BSNL Formation day. BSNL was formed with much hype in 2000. From day one pesimists predicted doomsday. But the company withstood every attack be it by the Governments of UPA/ NDA or the negative attitude of some of the so called unions and Associations. From the beginning, the CHQ has been optimistic about the performance of the company. The present Government has given life by way of 3 packages, more than 80000 employees sacrificed their career for the well being of the company and also the present generation of employees. The onus now lies on the young guns to take the legacy forward. The management on its part has to share 90% of the ills that plague the company. The present management has scant regard for the employees. The delay in implementation of 3rd PRC is demotivating the employees. The continued presence of outsiders in the company in the higher echelons has to end sooner than later. If BSNL wants to be the number 1 Telecom company then it has tobe run by BSNL absorbed employees or by Direct recruits.

THE ISSUE OF MERGER OF MTNL INTO BSNL HAS AGAIN GAINED FRESH TRACTION.  AS PART OF THE REVIAL PACKAGE ANNOUNCED IN 2019 MTNL WAS TO BE MERGED INTO BSNL BY NOW, BUT THE ISSUE GOT DELAYED ON ONE COUNT OR THE OTHER. AGAIN FRESH EFFORTS ARE BEING MADE BY THE GOVERNMENT AND THE MANATGEMENTS. AS PART OF THIS THE MANAGEMENT OF BSNL AND MTNL ARE ENGAGING THE UNIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS. A MEETING WITH MTNL STAKE HOLDERS I.E. UNIONS AND ASSOCIATION WAS HELD ON 21.2.23. PROPOSALS MADE BY THE MANAGEMENT ARE AS UNDER

*कर्मचारियों को मूर्ख बनाने का काम BSNLEU करती है  – BTEU-BSNL नहीं*

17 नवंबर 2022 को भारतीय मजदूर  संघ (BMS) और उससे संबद्ध विभिन्न ट्रेड यूनियनों ने पब्लिक सेक्टर  के कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं और आशंकाओं की ओर भारत सरकार का  ध्यान खींचने के लिए संसद मार्ग स्थित  जंतर-मंतर पर विशाल धरना-प्रदर्शन का आयोजन किया I  उस धरना-प्रदर्शन में BTEU-BSNL के नेतृत्व पर BSNLEU के जनरल सेक्रेट्री द्वारा दिनांक 19.11.2022 को आदतन झूठे और भ्रामक  आरोप लगाये गए थे I  

हालांकि BTEU-BSNL के शीर्ष नेतृत्व द्वारा दिनांक 20.11.2022 को इन आरोपों का खंडन कर दिया था,  लेकिन एक सोची समझी साजिश के तहत दुष्प्रचार पर अमादा BSNLEU के जनरल सेक्रेट्री द्वारा 24 नवंबर को फिर से अपने झूठ के खाते को आगे बढ़ाते हुए “BTEU-BSNL is trying  to fool the people” नामक शीर्षक से फिर अपनी साजिश को अंजाम दिया है I 

यहां सबसे पहले हम यह स्पष्ट करना चाहते हैं कि लोगों को मूर्ख बनाने का काम चायना समर्थित कम्युनिस्ट करते  हैं, और BSNL में कर्मचारियों को मूर्ख बनाने का काम BSNLEU के नेतृत्व को आता हैI

3rd PRC पर अपनी अहंकारी और जिद में की गई अक्षम्य गलतियों को सरकार और BSNL प्रशासन के सर मढ कर अपने आपको पाक साफ़ दिखाकर कर्मचारियों को कैसे मूर्ख बनाया जा सकता है, इसमे यदि किसी को महारत हासिल है, तो वह BSNL Employees Union है I 

पांच प्रतिशत वेतन वृद्धि का सरकारी ऑफर नजरअंदाज करके आज जीरो पर्सेन्ट फिटमेंट के लिए सौदेबाजी करने और उसमें भी कर्मचारियों पर अहसान दिखाने को मूर्ख बनाना कहते हैं, और यह काम भला BSNL Employees Union से बेहतर और कौन कर सकता है  ?

पांच प्रमोशनों के सब्जबाग दिखाकर बाद में तीन लूली लंगड़ी प्रमोशनों का झुनझुना पकड़ा कर कर्मचारियों को मूर्ख बनाने की PhD अगर किसी के पास है तो वह सिर्फ और सिर्फ BSNLEU है I 

2007 में हुए वेतन संशोधन में DA के एरियर पर सौदेबाजी करके कर्मचारियों के हक मारने के बावजूद अपने आपको गंगाजल की तरह पाक साफ दिखाने को मूर्ख बनाना कहते हैं, और वह हुनर सिर्फ और सिर्फ BSNLEU को आता है, किसी और को नहीं

अनुकंपा के आधार पर होने वाली भर्तियों पर, LTC पर, और लाइन स्टाफ को मिलने वाले भत्तों पर समर्पण कर देने के बावजूद अपने-आपको कर्मचारियों का मसीहा बताने को मूर्ख बनाना कहते हैं, और इसका प्रशिक्षण केवल BSNLEU के ही पास है, और किसी के पास नहीं I 

BSNL MRS पर श्रेय लेना,  लेकिन 

सुविधाओं में आ रही गिरावट और आये दिन की अड़चनों को दूर न कर पाना और इन सबका भांडा औरों के सिर फोड़ देने को, मूर्ख बनाना कहते हैं,  और यह काम BSNLEU के नेतृत्व को बखूबी आता है I 

 हर बार जीरो रिजल्ट लेकर भी अपनी हर स्ट्राइक को सफल और ऐतिहासिक बता कर कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं को उलझाए रखने को, मूर्ख बनाना कहते हैं, और इस काम को BSNLEU से बेहतर भला और कौन कर सकता है I 

अपने कम्युनिस्ट आकाओं को खुश रखने के लिए,  BSNL के कर्मचारियों  की समस्याएं सुलझाने के नाम पर उन्हें पोलिटिकल हड़तालों में झोंक देने को मूर्ख बनाना कहते हैं,  और इस काम को अगर कोई कर सकता है,  तो उसे BSNL Employees Union कहते हैं I 

17 नवंबर के विशाल धरना-प्रदर्शन के सन्दर्भ में हम पुनः स्पष्ट करना चाहते हैं,  BTEU-BSNL के किसी भी नेता ने CMD BSNL और मेनेजमेंट के खिलाफ अपशब्दों का प्रयोग नहीं किया I इस संबंध में BSNLEU के जनरल सेक्रेट्री द्वारा किया गया दोषारोपण शरारतपूर्ण और द्वेषपूर्ण है I 

हमें इस बात का गर्व है कि BTEU-BSNL, BMS के साथ एफिलिएटिड है, और हमारी विचारधारा राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ की राष्ट्रवादी और मानवतावादी विचारधारा से प्रभावित है I  हमारे लिए राष्ट्रहित,  उद्योग हित और कर्मचारियों का हित सर्वोच्च होता है I  हमें इस बात का संतोष है कि हमारा संगठन चीन की बोली बोलने वाले संगठन के तहत काम नहीं करता है I

Upset over the huge success of the BMS affiliated unions in the Central Public Sector, rally at New Delhi, BSNLEU falsely accused the leadership of its BTEU BSNL by resorting to the lie mechanism.

As you all are aware, the public sector unions affiliated to the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh organized a rally at Jantar Mantar New Delhi on 17-11-2022 on the problems of public sector employees, in which more than 50000 thousand employees participated representing all PSUs, Railways, Defense and Postal Establishments.

It is worth mentioning here that no organization had demonstrated in such a large number till date, due to this, BSNLEU, which is an organ of the Communist Party, started making wild allegations without knowing the reality. Its statement that a BTEU-BSNL leader has called CMD BSNL an agent of the government, or used wrong words against the management, is absolutely mischievous and utter nonsense.

Notorious for propaganda of the Communists, we challenge the Communist’ BSNLEU to prove which BTEU-BSNL leader has called CMD BSNL an agent of the government.

We want to make it clear that no leader of BTEU-BSNL has used rude words against CMD BSNL or BSNL management, nor do we believe in it.   It seems that saddened by our efforts and frustrated by the huge historic sit-in protest of November 17, the prejudiced leaders of BSNLEU have made a vicious attempt to sprinkle poison between the BSNL management and BTEU-BSNL, including the government, but BTEU-BSNL is confident that these nefarious designs of BSNLEU will not be allowed to be fulfilled.

The leftist, leaders of BSNLEU, who did petty politics by resorting to lies in utter frustration, should be asked that the media person wearing thick glasses of anti-Government, was it you who sent the media person, to the historic rally on November 17, under the conspiracy of communist comrades?  So that you get some spice of propaganda against the leadership of BTEU-BSNL.

You are not allowing BSNL to do any good even after being in recognition for 20 years, you have caused so much loss to the employees, which cannot be compensated, yet instead of working in the interest of the employees, you are engaged in destroying the power and time of the employees in useless acts like falsely blaming BTEU-BSNL.  You cannot succeed in hoodwinking the hearts and minds of employees every time.

Bharat Mata Ki jai

Both the recognised unions were like best friends until a month ago. Now both of them are hell bent on one upmanship. They are criticising each other as if they are born enemies.

Each one is  blaming the other for the mess they have created in BSNL. This  is nothing but Pot calling the Kettle Black.

They were hand in Glove in denying monetary and career benefits to the Non executives all these years. Being in recognition they could not hold even one National council meeting since 2019. This shows their sincerity in resolving employees problems.

After the elections, they will again become one and make the employees fools. They are like two sides of the same coin

Time has come to teach a lesson to both these recognised unions. 

Let us get rid of them from BSNL. Let us say no to retired persons as office bearers.

Each vote is crucial. Vote with firm conviction. Vote for a better tomorrow. Vote for Bharatiya Telecom Employees Union (BSNL) without any hesitation. Your every single vote counts now. You have suffered enough all these 22 years in the hands of the these communists, they ensured that your career suffered and you lost in terms of wages and perks. You lost Bonus, LTC, Better medical facilities. You lost on promotions, you faced stagnation for the past several years. This dusherra every section of the employee in the country got Bonus, but the hapless BSNL workers are denied Bonus. In fact you lost Bonsu for the past more than 10 years. due to the short sightednes of the BSNLEU and NFTE you lost bonus. At every given opportunity they brought you on to the streets but your issues were never settled. Just to satisfy the whims of the central trade unions like CITU/AITUC/INTUC the employees were made to loose wages for unnecessary strikes etc. Think wisely and vote for BTEU BSNL this rime. We promise to settle the issues within a given time frame of 100 days if we are made the number one union. Think and vote wisely.
