The CGMs AP and Telangana have issued circulars to the BA Heads to identify officers and staff whose performance is low or not performing. The CHQ took strong objection to this circular and has taken up with the CMD BSNL to direct the concerned CGMs to withdraw the circulars immediately as they are not governed by corporate office orders.
