Membership change window will be open from 16.06.2026 to 15.07.2026 – Circle and District Secretaries are requested to take immediate action on the subject.
BSNL Corporate Office issued the notification for change of membership subscription to unions and associations in BSNL. ESS Portal will remain open from 16.06.2026 to 15.07.2026 as per the existing procedure.
