Meeting of joint committee for wage revision has been fixed by management on 5 th march 2024 at 12 pm with the Wage negotiations Committee. This was assured to us during the recent tripartite meeting at New Delhi between DOT, BSNL and AIGETOA/BTEU/BDPS held on 16th February 2024.

However the unfortunate part is that our brothers have chosen those persons to negotiate the wage agreement who have least care for working employees. However, all should understand that the efforts of BMS affiliated Associations and Unions can only will bring results. We have got assurances on wage revision by implementing 3rd PRC, 2nd PRC benefits, 30 Percent SAB, Pension Revision, Revision in TA/DA/Transport, Promotion Policy, Pension option to those whose recruitment was initiated during DoT Time, Increase in number of Posts etc

I take this opportunity to request all my fellow worker brothers to introspect and at least now they should come forward to support and Join BTEU BSNL, AIGETOA and BDPS which is the only way to take us to resolution of our long pending issues and to make an employee friendly BSNL.
